Description
Bosch is hiring a manufacturing engineer at its Hatvan site to support paste printing, dispensing, bonding, automated material handling, and automated chip placement. The role owns dedicated manufacturing processes, optimizes cycle time and availability, develops scrap-reduction and yield-improvement measures, defines equipment specifications, coordinates supplier tenders and installations, supports pilot and series production, and troubleshoots malfunctions. The position requires an engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics, 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing or machine-building experience, a manufacturing and design-oriented mindset, negotiation-level English, and structured thinking.
