The role is responsible for production processes, optimizing melting, hot-forming, and cooling parameters, defining requirements for melting and process development, designing experiments, documenting processes with statistical methods, coordinating with internal customers and supervisors, and taking on project tasks. The position requires a natural sciences or engineering degree, several years of experience in melting, process development, or a comparable production area, practical knowledge of melting and hot-forming processes, initial manufacturing project-management experience, analytical skills, and initial experience with statistical and AI-supported data analysis. German fluency is required, while English is advantageous. The role includes emergency shifts and regular weekend and public holiday work.
