Blue Core is hiring a Process Engineer / Production Manager to lead approximately 10 employees across CNC routing, plastic and foam processing, assembly, quality control, and component staging. The role owns production performance, quality, scheduling, process improvement, employee accountability, and manufacturing efficiency, with significant hands-on work on the production floor. Candidates should have manufacturing leadership and process or production management experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
