Description
Molex is hiring a Process Engineer for its Production Sample Line in El Salto, Jalisco. The role owns manufacturing processes for prototypes, customer samples, engineering builds, pilot runs, and new-product-introduction products before mass production. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing flows and work instructions, coordinating materials and tooling, supporting prototype builds, leading root-cause analysis and corrective actions, validating process capability and manufacturing readiness, and driving continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, experience in process or manufacturing engineering and NPI, knowledge of manufacturing documentation and quality tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
