Description
Hypersonica is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to define and own the end-to-end manufacturing pathway for rocket motors, from hardware reception through full-rate production. The role covers process sequencing, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, COSHH, ITAR, and COMAH compliance, shop-floor troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while partnering with propulsion, quality, safety, and engineering teams. Applicants need experience in high-volume explosive-material manufacturing, ISO 9001 environments, and process design under relevant legislation, along with British citizenship or dual UK nationality and eligibility for UK security clearance and, where required, developed vetting.
