The Process Engineer, R&D leads bench-to-scale-up and commercialization of new and redesigned products, translating product requirements into scalable process parameters, control plans, and validated manufacturing processes. The role executes DOE and scale-up trials, leads technology transfer, evaluates third-party manufacturers, assesses equipment and materials, supports product launches, and drives continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma and process capability studies. It requires a BS in a relevant engineering field, 4–8+ years of process development or commercialization experience, and offers a $105,000–$120,000 base salary plus bonus, medical and dental/vision coverage, and other benefits.
