Molex is hiring an RF Assembly Process Engineer in Tamsui District, New Taipei to develop, maintain, improve, and support mass production of RF connectors, RF cable assemblies, and RF modules. The role covers process standardization, yield and scrap reduction, production support, new-product development, equipment and automation improvement, documentation, and training. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering and at least 3–5 years of process-engineering experience; micro-product assembly experience is preferred.
