Description
EnduroSat is hiring a Process Engineer for its semi-automated satellite production line. The role owns the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, including SOPs, work instructions, PFMEAs, control plans, cycle times, line balancing, and throughput and yield improvements. It also involves PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting, equipment integration, operator training, root-cause analysis, process validation, and traceability with MES and quality systems. The position is hands-on and on-the-floor, requiring 3–5 years of manufacturing process-engineering experience, a relevant engineering degree or equivalent practical experience, PLC/HMI knowledge, and strong cross-functional communication.
