Description
The Semiconductor Process Engineer will develop and sustain scribe and break processes for semiconductor laser devices, support metrology, monitor SPC and process control, investigate and resolve yield issues, develop corrective actions and process-control plans, conduct engineering experiments, document process specifications, train technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field with at least seven years of semiconductor industry experience, or equivalent advanced degrees with fewer years of experience, and involves extended work in a class 100/1000 clean room with chemical and laser-safety exposure.
