Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a semiconductor process engineer to develop and sustain scribe-and-break processes for semiconductor laser devices. The role includes supporting metrology equipment, monitoring SPC and yield, investigating and correcting process issues, optimizing processes, creating control plans and OCAPs, conducting engineering experiments, documenting specifications, training technicians, and collaborating across operations, equipment engineering, process integration, design, and supply chain. The position requires semiconductor industry experience, relevant science or engineering education, and preferably InP processing or optoelectronics experience. Work is performed in cleanroom and chemical-handling environments with applicable EHS, quality, and environmental standards.
