Description
Carma is hiring a Senior Process Engineering Manager to own and improve the systems, processes, and operating models supporting its vehicle reconditioning operations. The role focuses on designing production facilities and workflows, applying Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering principles, improving safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency, developing capacity and workforce models, and creating standards that can be replicated across sites. The position requires extensive experience in process or industrial engineering, manufacturing systems, Lean Manufacturing, production layouts, and operational performance, with automotive or high-volume production experience preferred.
