Description
Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Process Engineer for its Solids Launch Factory in Ingelheim am Rhein. The role designs, establishes, and optimizes pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, analyzes instructions and operational procedures, develops GMP-compliant solutions, supports GxP compliance, and represents the area in audits and inspections. It requires a pharmacy or science/technical degree, several years of GMP solid-production experience, MES Master Batch Record expertise, and strong German and English skills. The position is eligible for 80% part-time employment and follows a hybrid model with approximately three to four days per week on site.
