Description
SpaceX is hiring a Process Engineer focused on Starship build reliability. The role develops and improves manufacturing, integration, assembly, welding, nondestructive examination, cleanliness, inspection, testing, tooling, and training processes; drives consistent execution across work centers; manages nonconforming hardware and corrective actions; collaborates with design and quality teams on design for manufacturability and production rate; and identifies build-quality risks through reviews and data analysis. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least one year of manufacturing, quality, or design engineering experience are required, with student project or internship experience qualifying.
