Description
The Tooling Engineer will manage the lifecycle of cutting tools used in CNC machining, including design, in-house manufacturing, optimization, cost control, supplier localization, and troubleshooting. The role focuses on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum applications in automotive production and requires a mechanical or manufacturing engineering degree, 2–3+ years of tooling design and manufacturing experience, CAD/CAM familiarity, and strong problem-solving and English communication skills.
