Description
EVERSTAR is hiring a Process Engineer for an R&D team focused on improving existing solutions and scaling validated products. The role develops technological documentation, process sheets, and manufacturing instructions; analyzes defects and corrective actions; monitors process compliance and material, tool, and time consumption; and collaborates with design to ensure manufacturability. Candidates need higher technical education in aerospace, aircraft, mechanical, or composite manufacturing engineering, preferably 2–3 years or more of relevant experience, and knowledge of composite materials, CAD/CAM, machining, casting, assembly, quality control, and process tooling. The position is based in an office in Kyiv, with up to 10 days of remote work per year, health insurance, and other benefits.
