Description
The Process Engineer VIE supports the development, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in an automotive plant. The role covers process design and industrialization, workstation and tooling specifications, equipment implementation, SQCDE performance analysis, Lean Manufacturing projects, root-cause analysis, PFMEA and control-plan updates, equipment reliability, audits, and process capability studies. It requires a master's degree or equivalent engineering degree, initial manufacturing or industrial engineering experience, knowledge of industrial processes and quality tools, and English at B2 level; automotive manufacturing exposure and Lean or industrial performance experience are advantageous.
