The role is responsible for ensuring the stability, efficiency, and optimization of welding processes in assigned production units, providing specialized technical support, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality, safety, and productivity. Responsibilities include troubleshooting welding equipment and processes, supporting production continuity, improving processes and equipment, validating new tools and programs, tracking prototype manufacturing, ensuring manufacturing and quality standards, documenting best practices, evaluating manufacturing capabilities, training personnel, supporting continuous improvement and waste reduction, and managing risks associated with machinery and welding processes. The position requires at least five years of automotive-industry experience, proven MIG and resistance-welding experience, manufacturing and continuous-improvement experience, and advanced English.
