ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is hiring a Process Engineer - Welding Technology for Automotive to assess manufacturability of welding joints and surface treatments, develop hardware and manufacturing concepts, improve process capability through inline monitoring, support equipment commissioning and pre-series production, and contribute to prototype development. The role serves as the technical point of contact for Manufacturing Engineering and RD on welding, joining, and laser processes. Candidates need a technical degree or comparable training, welding or production engineering experience, welding specialist or engineer qualification, knowledge of welding and joining technologies, and fluent German and English skills.
