Silex Microsystems is expanding its Manufacturing organization and is hiring Process Engineers for its Wet area, which involves wet-etching, deposition, and vapor techniques. The role focuses on developing and improving manufacturing processes, handling stopped production batches and development material, supporting equipment qualification and new-product startups, improving tool uptime, creating operator training routines, and driving independent improvement projects. Candidates need a master's degree in a relevant engineering field, extensive chemical or CMOS/MEMS manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving and documentation skills, and excellent English communication.
