Description
The role supports stable, efficient, and high-quality semiconductor production by monitoring and controlling processes during 12-hour shifts, executing process experiments, supporting process-engineering projects, analyzing yield and quality data, reducing defects, maintaining equipment uptime, and contributing to continuous improvement and EHS compliance. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 3–5 years of semiconductor experience, familiarity with SPC and MES systems, and willingness to work in a cleanroom, night-shift pattern, and on-call for overtime line support.
