Description
STMicroelectronics is seeking a Buffered Oxide Etch Wafer Process Owner to own and optimize the BOE wet etch process used in wafer patterning and oxide opening applications. The role focuses on precise, uniform, and repeatable oxide removal, process stability, excursion troubleshooting, root cause analysis, SPC monitoring, process capability improvement, change control, chemistry and equipment qualification, and support for technology transfers and new product introductions. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least two years of experience in semiconductor wet processing, oxide etch, or pattern transfer applications.
