Description
The Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement Supervisor will lead the Process Engineering team and drive industrial process transformation, productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. The role manages continuous improvement projects, monitors KPIs, applies Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methods, and partners with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or related field is required, while postgraduate study in industrial management, process engineering, or continuous improvement is preferred.
