MLC is hiring a Process Engineering Co-Op to support Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams across its lime manufacturing facilities. The co-op will analyze production and quality data, assist with engineering calculations and process evaluations, participate in troubleshooting and root-cause investigations, support continuous improvement and capital projects, conduct plant measurements and trials, and prepare reports and presentations. The role is intended for an engineering undergraduate at sophomore standing or higher and involves work in an industrial manufacturing, mining, and chemical-processing environment.
