Description
The WETS Process Development Engineer will support Sabre 3D process development and engineering for wafer-fab equipment electrodeposition technologies in advanced packaging. Responsibilities include bench-scale experiments, application-lab deposition development, chemistry and material analysis, metrology, data organization, and scientific research. The role seeks candidates with analytical and problem-solving skills, modeling and simulation experience, and knowledge of grain growth and electrochemical plating; wet-laboratory, electrochemistry, troubleshooting, and process-development experience are preferred. Work arrangements include On-site Flex and Virtual Flex models.
