Description
fab2 is hiring Process Engineering Interns for a summer internship beginning in May or June, with a preferred 4–8 month commitment. The role is hands-on semiconductor process engineering, involving experiment design and execution, semiconductor and thin-film fabrication methods, tool operation, recipe development and optimization, process-data analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, have hands-on cleanroom and wafer-fabrication experience, and be able to develop and optimize nanofabrication recipes. The internship is available in Austin, Texas; Lockhart, Texas; and San Francisco, California, with hourly compensation equivalent to an annualized range of $108,000–$126,000, plus benefits including housing stipend, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and visa sponsorship.
