Description
The role leads engineering projects from concept through completion, manages engineering and technician staff, coordinates cross-functional teams, oversees design and testing, mentors junior engineers, and maintains project documentation and compliance. It requires substantial related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, project management and supervisory experience, knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems, and expertise in ceramic fabrication, machining, design, CNC programming, and advanced metrology. The position works in office and laboratory environments, may require occasional travel, and involves lifting up to 25 pounds.
