Description
Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Process Engineering Leader for its Big Island, Virginia containerboard paper manufacturing mill. The role leads and develops the site process engineering team, partners with Operations, Reliability, Maintenance, Process Control, Environmental, and Engineering to improve mill performance, and oversees process optimization, troubleshooting, trials, capital projects, process-control improvements, and reduction of process variability. The position reports to the site Engineering Manager, requires a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, paper science, chemistry, or a related technical field, and offers a base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus variable pay.
