NEO2 is hiring a Process Engineer to support Life Sciences clients on an initial assignment. The role involves analyzing manufacturing processes, designing and analyzing Design of Experiments, leading FMEA workshops, deploying Quality by Design, identifying critical process and quality parameters, and structuring multi-level process controls. Candidates need an engineering-school degree, at least five years of industrial experience, preferably in a regulated sector, and expertise in QbD, DOE, applied statistics, process FMEA, Lean Six Sigma, and Minitab or JMP.
