Flex is hiring a Process Engineering Manager in Guadalajara North, Campus to lead a team of process engineers and improve manufacturing process capabilities. The role reports to the Operations Manager and covers statistical process control, process documentation, development projects, product manufacturability, throughput improvement, material and process development, and cost and performance initiatives. Required qualifications include electronic manufacturing operations and engineering experience, strong SMT process engineering experience, a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience, English fluency, automation and process management experience, epoxy and chemical knowledge, and leadership skills.
