Description
Apollo is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to lead and develop its Process Engineering function in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving manufacturing performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness through continuous improvement projects, process governance, change management, new product development and validation, capacity analysis, and operational excellence. The manager will work with manufacturing and leadership teams, require experience leading people in manufacturing and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement, and may work flexibly with a 50/50 office and home arrangement.
