Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking a Process Engineering Manager, Manufacturing. The role involves supporting the design, operation, control, and optimization of manufacturing processes at their Elwood, Kansas monoclonal antibody (mAb) facility. Key responsibilities include providing process engineering support for capital projects, developing and analyzing process designs, authorizing technical documentation, providing technical support for manufacturing operations, monitoring processes, using data-driven analysis for improvements, assessing process changes, leading process safety activities, coaching team members, and promoting a strong safety culture.
