Flex is hiring a Site Engineering Manager in Suzhou to support manufacturing control systems, optimized process flows, quality, cost, yield, automation, NPI, failure analysis, and smart manufacturing transformation. The role manages engineers and technicians, coordinates with customers, supports mass-production readiness, and develops AI and RPA capabilities. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher, at least 12 years of electronics manufacturing experience, at least 5 years of team management experience, SMT and box-build expertise, NPI and failure-analysis experience, and strong English skills; social insurance, life insurance, and PTO are provided.
