Description
Form Energy is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to lead electrode manufacturing operations at its Weirton, West Virginia facility. The role oversees process engineers, equipment engineers, and technicians responsible for powder handling, mixing, and roll-to-roll tape formation; manages staffing, coaching, and performance; establishes OEE, yield, and cycle-time metrics; leads root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement; and partners with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, at least seven years of manufacturing or production operations experience including team management, and strong knowledge of materials science, manufacturing metrics, and roll-to-roll processes. Relocation assistance is available, and the role is onsite.
