Lucid is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager to develop, industrialize, validate, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes across AMP-2 Powertrain operations. The role leads process strategy, launch readiness, production ramp-up, TPM, automation and Industry 4.0, reliability, maintenance, safety, quality, change control, and workforce development, while managing technical operations, equipment investment, and Saudi national capability transfer. It requires a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, 10+ years in advanced automated manufacturing, 5+ years in senior maintenance, reliability, or engineering leadership, and experience with EV or high-automation OEM/Tier-1 environments.
