Description
The role leads and develops Process Engineers supporting MEHP and MEBT, manages engineering resources across two facilities, and owns process documentation, new-program launches, engineering changes, continuous improvement, customer quality, and cross-functional manufacturing readiness. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least seven years of process or manufacturing engineering experience, and at least three years of leadership experience managing engineering personnel or major manufacturing programs.
