Description
OBE is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to lead operations and quality at a manufacturing facility. The role will build continuous-improvement and quality systems, oversee process engineering across billet preheating, extrusion, anodizing, fabrication, finishing, and shaping, lead engineers and technicians, strengthen supplier and outbound quality, apply lean and TPS principles, and partner with site managers. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, operations, or a related field, at least five years of manufacturing process-systems experience, knowledge of TPS and modern quality systems, and experience building supplier and customer quality processes.
