Description
The Process Engineering Manager leads a department of 5–8 employees and is responsible for designing and engineering utility and supply systems for ammonia and sulfur dioxide, supporting project execution and commissioning, developing the product and service portfolio, performing process-engineering calculations, troubleshooting malfunctions, and managing capacity planning, costs, schedules, and technical quality. The role requires a completed technical degree in process engineering, process technology, or a comparable field, technical drawing and electrical schematic skills, team leadership experience, strong customer focus, and very good German skills.
