SCHOTT is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to lead a team of process engineers, technicians, and specialists and drive the development, optimization, and standardization of silicon and carrier wafer processing processes. The role covers process capability, yield, OEE, quality, technology and investment projects, statistical and quality methods, technology transfers, and cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, R&D, supply chain, maintenance, and international customers. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant technical field, several years of experience in wafer processing or semiconductor manufacturing, team leadership experience, and strong English skills.
