Description
The role leads the development, optimization, and qualification of assembly and test manufacturing processes, drives yield, quality, productivity, and cost improvements, and manages product transfer, equipment commissioning, process validation, and production ramp-up. It also leads root-cause investigations, preventive and corrective actions, and the development and mentoring of process engineers and technicians. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of semiconductor, laser, photonics, or optoelectronics manufacturing experience, and at least three years leading engineering teams; it is 100% onsite in a cleanroom.
