Description
The role leads the development, optimization, and qualification of assembly and test manufacturing processes, drives yield, quality, productivity, and cost improvements, and manages product transfer, equipment commissioning, process validation, and production ramp-up. It also leads root-cause investigations, develops and mentors process engineers and technicians, and coordinates with Product Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Operations, and global technical teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of semiconductor, laser, photonics, or optoelectronics manufacturing experience, and at least three years leading engineering teams; it is 100% onsite in a cleanroom.
