Description
Halter is hiring a Production Process Manager to own and lead the Production Process function, build and develop the team, establish operating cadence and standards, translate production engineering strategy into quarterly priorities, and improve first-pass yield, throughput, cycle time, rework, and escape prevention. The role requires experience leading manufacturing or process engineering teams in high-velocity production environments, strong coaching and standards-setting ability, and strong judgment in balancing velocity with rigor.
