Description
Continental is hiring a Tire Building Process Engineer to convert bias and radial tire-building requirements into optimized process specifications, stabilize manufacturing, reduce scrap, and improve green tire quality and uniformity. The role supports TBM troubleshooting, recipe and work-instruction management, process capability and OEE improvement, audits, corrective actions, and new-product industrialization. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of tire-building process engineering experience, strong knowledge of bias and radial tire building, process optimization, statistical methods, and project management, along with English proficiency.
