Continental is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate the Process Engineering team in preparation areas, converting product and manufacturing requirements into process specifications. The role oversees process capability, efficiency, scrap, productivity, quality, equipment and tooling suitability, corrective actions, data acquisition, and manufacturing-system consistency. Candidates need a relevant engineering or science degree, experience in tire manufacturing or automotive production, project management experience, team-management experience, international project experience, and strong English and Microsoft Office skills.
