Optima Pharma is hiring a Process Engineering Team Lead to lead and develop intelligent turnkey filling solutions, including isolators and freeze dryers, for pharmaceutical and biotech customers. The role covers team leadership, ventilation-engineering systems, cleanroom and isolator technology, system design and layout, customer and supplier coordination, and GMP-compliant project management through acceptance. Candidates need a university degree in process engineering, pharmaceutical technology, chemical engineering, or a comparable qualification, several years of pharmaceutical process engineering experience, and strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
