Description
Flex is hiring a Process Engineering Technician - Press-Fit & Router to provide technical support for press-fit and router manufacturing processes in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting process and quality issues, creating and editing machine programs, setting up and changing equipment, monitoring production, collecting performance data, supporting process validation and continuous improvement, and performing basic corrective maintenance. The position is based at Research Blvd., Austin, Texas, on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, and requires 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing technician experience.
