The Production Engineer performs equipment setup, monitors and audits line operators, processes test runs and records, supports process development and engineering, configures line changes, performs corrective maintenance, and follows escalation procedures. The role typically requires an associate’s degree or equivalent technical training and 4–6 years of related experience, with company-provided training possibly required.
