Flex is hiring a Production Engineering Technician (Industrial) in Guadalajara Norte to provide floor production support, resolve problems, and present and map processes. The role requires a technical background in industrial engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field, continuous-improvement knowledge, electronics technician experience, 2D and 3D plan interpretation, flowchart and line-balance knowledge, basic AutoCAD, basic Office, and availability during the second half of the year.
