Description
The Engineering Tech 1 (IL) is an entry-level electronics manufacturing role supporting process development, PCBA and box-build production, equipment programming, troubleshooting, quality standards, preventative maintenance, data analysis, and continuous improvement. The position requires working knowledge of SMT equipment and processes, including auto insertion, solder flow, cleaning, labeling, marking, conformal coating, and manual or automated assembly, along with the ability to read wiring, pneumatic, and engineering diagrams.
