MacroFab is hiring a Process Engineering Technician to support the development, implementation, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in an electronics manufacturing environment. The role covers SMT, through-hole and hand assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, final assembly, equipment setup, process optimization, root cause analysis, and compliance with IPC, ESD, and quality procedures. The position requires hands-on manufacturing experience, strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with manufacturing documentation and software; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred. The role involves extended standing and walking, occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds, and working around automated equipment.
