Description
The Process Engineering Technician – Plating and Backetch supports the Process Engineering team in monitoring, troubleshooting, optimizing, and documenting plating and backetch processes in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role includes process checks, data collection, recipe and parameter tracking, DOE and qualification support, root-cause analysis, and coordination with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams. It requires a relevant engineering, electronics, chemistry, or applied science qualification, with manufacturing or semiconductor experience preferred, and involves cleanroom and production work with shifting support.
